The first time I saw Washington Square Park in real like I expected it to be bigger, nonetheless it did not disappoint. As a part of the NYU campus, there is a slew of great cafes, brunch spots, restaurants and bakeries around this area. It’s a great place to visit any time of the day. If you are interested in a larger park with more nature, Central Park is only a few blocks away.

You won’t get bored when you visit this place, so much to see and hear. You’ll see many street performers around the fountain area, perfect if you’re looking for some free entertainment. Just sit back, relax and go people watching, also don’t forget to take a photo of the iconic Washington Square Arch.
