Of course, a visit to LV is not complete without a stop at the infamous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. Note that there's a line, and the Elvis-impostors would be expecting something in return for them taking your picture. Outside of that, it's a requirement for Vegas visitors to have a picture with this signage.

If you aren't into gambling like me, then a visit to the Bellagio fountains is one of the things you should do while in LV. It's definitely worth the wait, as the parade of waters is a sight for sore eyes. Aligned with light and sounds, the fountain show is perhaps the best free thing you could ever enjoy in LV.

Despite the chilly spring temps, it was a must for me to visit the Cloud Gate. It is an amazing feat of architecture, and despite the numerous tourists there, I had a blast taking my pictures with this silvery monument. Also enjoyed roaming the picturesque park near the Cloud Gate.

Had a chance to stay in Borgata with my granny and cousin. Rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfy. Enjoyed the swimming pool despite the nonstop raining outside. Great food, enjoyed the stand up comedy show that night. Near the outlet and with a jitney stop in the premises, the location is definitely a plus!

I make it a point to visit cultural/heritage sites whenever I travel, so visiting the Iolani Palace was a no-brainer for me. Gave me an insight of the Hawaiian monarchs before the American occupation. Love that the place was well-preserved! As a bonus, you could listen to a narrative recording of the history as you roam around the premises.
