When Hong Kong Disneyland was still a dream, Filipinos have Enchanted Kingdom to give the magic and excitement they are looking for. Even though it is an old theme park, it regularly updates its rides to ensure that you will always enjoy trying them out one by one during your stay. They have cheaper rates as well as compared to Disneyland. Just be prepared for the slightly long trip because the park is somewhere down south and you do need a car to get there.

If you want to watch a variety of sports events, like boxing, MMA and the like, you should check out the schedules of Korakuen Hall. It is close to Tokyo Dome City so it is very accessible, and the tickets are affordable. it is also made famous by the anime Hajime no Ippo, which is about boxing.

This place is a bit hard to reach because it is beside the Tokyo National Museum and admittedly, it is a bit of a walk to go here. However, it is close to the University of Tokyo gallery, which is also free for viewing. Best check the schedules before going here because I believe it isn't open every day for tourists.

I'ved been to this small temple during my last Tokyo visit and I must say it was quite an experience. When you go up the temple, you get a nice view of Shinobazu Pond which would be double the wow factor during spring. Outside, you will see this automated omikuji lion that allows you to check your fortune. Inside, it is a bit small, but they also sell their own unique charms.

If you are visiting Ueno, you should check out this pond during spring because you would see the reflection of the cherry blossoms on its clear waters. It surrounds the shrine dedicated to Benzaiten, which adds to its island-like feel. If you do visit during the rainy season, the pond is filled with water lilies and they are quite massive!
