VU Thermal Lodge is an adults-only motel located just a stone’s throw from the lake’s edge. The resort features 11 rooms with plunge pools, which are filled with natural thermal water. There is also an outdoor geothermal-heated swimming pool, suitable for use all year round. For private spa baths, the resort has a few ground-floor Thermal Suites to choose from. But the upper-floor rooms have better lake views. If you opt for a ground-floor thermal suite, you can still take in lake views from the large sun deck area.

From the penthouses, you will also have views of the lake.

Around the property, there are plenty of activities and guided tours on offer. Free mountain bikes are available if you prefer to explore on your own. Previous guests loved the bar and wine cellar, but the dining, although very tasty, has limited options.
