Serenity is a couples-only resort within Coconut Bay, very close to the international airport. It’s a peaceful place by the beach with chilled vibes around the property. There are 36 suites that are actually more like villas, each with a private pool. You’ll have your own butler service so you can relax in your hammock all day. Facilities include The Greathouse restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar, and tennis courts. Guests also have access to the facilities at the nearby Coconut Bay Resort & Spa. Though a much less polished resort, there are nine restaurants, a spa, five swimming pools, and a water park available.

For food, there are gourmet cuisines at the Great Room, Jalousie Grill, and Bayside Restaurant. Complimentary activities include snorkeling, kayaking, and windsurfing. It’s hard to believe that the lush Ladera Resort was once a cocoa plantation. Now, guests are greeted with color and lovely scents – think pineapple, hibiscus, grapefruit, and orchids. A truly romantic resort, couples can stay in beautiful wooden suites with a very open setup. You’ll have a furnished outdoor area with views of the Pitons from the private pool. Most furniture like the four-poster beds, chairs, and wooden swings are made by locals in Choiseul. You’ll also have binoculars in the room to spot wild birdlife in the area. For a unique experience, try Dasheene dining for some of the best wines in the world. There’s also a spa garden and a larger pool onsite, but most guests favor the private pools in their rooms.
