- Balcony Rooms – Bobby Hotel’s Two-Bedroom Suite is hands down the best suite with a balcony in town. It’s your private outdoor perch, offering the best views of Nashville and the Cumberland River.
- Parking – While we weren’t able to find any hotels with free parking near Broadway, two hotels offered an affordable self-parking option. Guests at The Banker’s Alley Hotel can self-park onsite for $30 USD per night, and Hilton Nashville Downtown has a similar option for $35 USD per night.
- Breakfast – The Joseph treats their guests to a complimentary breakfast for two every morning. Start your day with freshly baked pastries and espresso in the Coffee Bar. You can even enjoy a full breakfast in the comfort of your suite.
- Swimming Pools – While many of Nashville’s Downtown Hotels offer swimming pools, by far the best choice is the WET Deck at W Nashville. It’s the city’s largest and best outdoor pool complex, with private cabanas, a poolside bar, and live DJs.
- Rooftop Bars – 1 Nashville Hotel’s Harriet’s Rooftop is one of Nashville’s top rooftop bars. Open until 2am on weekends they offer spectacular views, tableside cocktails, and live entertainment. 1. The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel
Experience elegant and contemporary design during your stay near Broadway at The Joseph. One of the most popular rooms is the King Corner Suite where you can enjoy the city views. If you can afford it, the Penthouse Suite or Presidential Suite are great options too. Outside the rooms, their facilities are world-class. From the rooftop pool to dining, the staff are incredible. Of course, with all the luxuries, there is a price, but overall, guests think it’s well worth it.

2. The Hermitage Hotel
The Hermitage Hotel has been a local favorite for over 100 years. Despite the vintage decor, all their rooms are still very luxurious, particularly the Suites. While most amenities are available, some guests did point out there’s no coffee in the room! It’s a small detail, but I guess everything counts when you’re paying for 5-star service. For dining, try their afternoon tea or steaks at the Capitol Grille. There’s also the Oak Bar serving signature cocktails and the finest bourbons.

Grand Hyatt Nashville is another 5-star downtown hotel on Broadway. It’s only a short drive to the Gulch and Midtown areas. They have some outrageous suites with views of the city. One of those is the Executive King Suite which is designed for couples. All-day dining is served at The Nashville Grange, along with incredible views of the vibrant street. Float in the heated pool under the endless sky before taking a break with some mocktails at the pool bar. Past guests were particularly impressed with the rooftop bar, Lou|Na.

At night, you can get the best of southern flavors with some cocktails at Gray & Dudley. Occasionally, there are small mishaps with service and valet parking. But guests agree the overall experience and location make it a worthwhile stay.

Noelle features historic luxury and elegant accommodations in Downtown Nashville. However, their most basic rooms are quite small. There’s an obvious difference when you see the top-tiered rooms, particularly the Penthouse and Signature Suites which come with private bathtubs. Its dining venues are also very elegant, but the most popular hangout spot is the rooftop at Rare Bird.

Located on Fifth Avenue, Omni Nashville Hotel is right next to Music City Center and the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum. Rooms are more suited to couples, although there are Deluxe rooms with two queen beds for larger groups. The Luxury Suites are the best of the bunch if you’re looking for a romantic stay. Facilities are excellent with a few dining options as well as a spa onsite. However, expect to pay a bit more than usual for its convenient location.

If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay in downtown Nashville, you’ve got to check out the Cambria Hotel. It’s right in the heart of the action, just a stone’s throw away from Broadway. The standard rooms are super comfy, but book the King Suites if you need extra space. They have a lovely bar on the rooftop, a range of beers on the ground floor, and live music. The Nashville experience doesn’t get more authentic than this hotel.

Hilton Nashville is located just in front of the Walk of Fame Park. There’s nothing super fancy about their rooms as they have a range of configurations to suit guests. The Executive King Rooms have extra lounge space, but most of their suites are just as comfortable. Take advantage of the in-room dining and enjoy breakfast in bed. For a more fulfilling meal, head to The Palm restaurant for steaks, seafood, and drinks. Or make your way to Trattoria Il Mulino and try the brick oven-fired pizza and homemade pasta paired with great wine.

You’ll love its proximity to the city’s best attractions, including Broadway, Music Row, and the Arts District. The WOW Suite is everybody’s favorite. It has the most spacious living area, a private patio, spectacular views, and a luxurious tub in the ensuite bath. For sunset cocktails or late-night parties, head to their rooftop bar, Proof. Besides creative cocktails and Nashville’s best local craft beers, the views are amazing from here!
