From log-style cabin setups to their even awesome-er hot tub, you gotta see City on a Hill at Spring Creek. Long name aside, this B&B sits amid the plains of Frederiskcburg’s off-beaten path. Though everybody seems to love it, including cyclists! This area is popular with cyclists and nature hiking lovers alike. But don’t fret if you’re more of an indoor lover, because – as we said – each room comes with its own hot tub! So pack your rubber duck and your loved one as couples will acclimate to this place best. Their Two Bedroom Cabin has 1 extra-large double bed. Whereas their Suite with Hot Tub will come with the same features, just BIGGER. Quite appropriate for a state such as Texas!

Welcome to Rarumpelpunzeldornaschenwittchen – no that’s not a typo – that’s really the name! Though set in Fredericksburg, this place is all about its Deutsche breakfast sausage specials. German-themed and comprised of gardens, frog ponds, and beautiful woodland patio views. Stay at their Rapunzel Cottages which offers 1 large double bed and an extra single bed to roll around upstairs. There’s an extra charm about the decor, made for romantic stays. Though we should mention, this place is best for wine lovers! Texas Wine Collective is just a 3-minute drive away, whilst Grape Creek Vineyards is another minute down the road – so bring your German mug and a vino cup!
