- Intimate Hotel Pattaya – You’ll love The Exclusive Suite with its hot tub tucked away beside the bed. It’s a very intimate retreat. A clear window separates the bed from the bath, but you can close the curtains if needed. Their Deluxe Double Rooms also have spa baths.
Cheapest Guest-Friendly Hotels
- The Ambiance Hotel – The Ambiance Hotel is a low-cost option for travelers wanting to be close to the action on Walking Street. The Superior Room is the most affordable and there’s no charge for extra guests. During some months, rooms can be as low as $26 USD per night.
- Pace Residence Pattaya – Unlike some of its neighbors, Pace Residence Pattaya offers cheap rates without sacrificing fun. You’ll enjoy an affordable stay, with no compromise on the guest-friendly policy. The Studio Rooms are the best value starting at $30 USD.
1. The Classroom Hotel
The Classroom Hotel, located on Soi 13/4, is right in the heart of Pattaya City. It’s only a five-minute walk from the nightlife of Pattaya’s Walking Street. The King Apartments are modern and spacious with comfortable king-sized beds. For food and drinks, the Classroom’s sports bar is open until 11 pm. Reception is also open 24 hours with an elevator to all floors. If you want to bring a guest discreetly, swipe your room key card at their private entrance. There are no additional fees for extra guests.

2. W14 Pattaya
Just steps away from Walking St, W14 offers its guests cozy, fully furnished rooms. They have Queen and King Rooms, but the Deluxe King Rooms are the most spacious. Some rooms only have a floor-to-ceiling glass panel between the bathroom and bed so it’s quite revealing. At W14, you’re also within walking distance of all Pattaya beach attractions. 24-hour reception and room service are available too. But keep in mind, the Wifi is not great here.

Siam Bayshore Resort offers its guests one of the best locations in Pattaya. It’s just meters from Pattaya Beach, Walking Street, and Bali Hai Pier. The resort is a contemporary, secluded Thai-style oasis. Their spacious garden rooms have warm inviting colors, so it’s well setup for romantic nights. Expect an easy check-in, complimentary drinks, and access to all the restaurants and the spa. When you bring a guest from Walking Street, the staff are very understanding.

5. The Ambiance Hotel
The Ambiance Hotel is in Pattaya’s top gay entertainment district, Boystown. Yet, it’s only steps from Pattaya’s straight adult playground – Walking Street. The King rooms are nice and cozy. But if you want more fun at night, the suites are worth the extra price. Particularly the Penthouse which comes with a private balcony and luxurious marble bathroom.

With its prime location along Pattaya Beach Road, Baywalk Residence offers sweeping sea views. Their rooftop pool is one of their best features. The rooms have plenty of natural light, and some come with a living area and private balcony. A few reviews have mentioned it’s worth including the breakfast buffet. Also, There’ll be no issues with extra guests visiting either as staff are rated as some of the most understanding in the area.

7. Grand Hotel
The Grand Hotel is located directly on Pattaya’s famous Walking St and features a sun deck with a beautiful panoramic view of Pattaya Bay. Most of the Thai-style rooms come with sea views and some have balconies. The Superior Rooms are good enough for a fun night, but the Suites have better features. Besides being more spacious, it has a private spa bath which will make it a more intimate stay. Like most guest-friendly hotels in the area, the Grand Hotel is well known for extra visitors at night.

8. AYA Boutique Hotel Pattaya
AYA Boutique Hotel is right in the thick of all the action. Besides it’s perfect location, staff are very friendly and understanding here. Extra visitors are always welcome! The first extra guest is free, but if you’re lucky enough for a third, it’s only 1,000 THB. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and luxurious, so expect to pay a bit more. While the wifi isn’t great, you may not need it if extra guests are with you.

9. Right Spot
The Right Spot Hotel, located at the Bali Hai end of Walking St, offers travelers air-conditioned rooms, all designed with comfort and style in mind. Standard Rooms are fairly cheap, and the Deluxe Rooms are affordable too. All the Deluxe Rooms have private balconies, so it’s worth upgrading if you’re having a big night. At the front, they’re well known for the Seafood Steak House restaurant.

Located in South Pattaya, 7 Days Premium Hotel is within walking distance of Walking Street and the beach. They have comfy rooms, each with a private terrace. While the rooms are simple and facilities limited, the friendly staff make it an enjoyable stay. Just keep in mind it can get a bit loud at night. As with all the hotels on our list, 7 Days Premium Hotel is guest-friendly, so there are no extra charges for overnight guests.

Located in South Pattaya, Sun Xclusive Hotel may be inconvenient if you want to walk to Walking Street. However, visitors always bring extra guests here, and more importantly, there’s no extra charge. Before heading to your room, take your guest to the rooftop pool for a swim. Or, you can have a few more drinks at the bar and enjoy the city views. There are three room types: Superior, Deluxe, and Executive. Go for an Executive Room if you like to have more space.

Royal Twins Palace Hotel is in a good location close to Pattaya Beach. More importantly, Walking Street is nearby too. There are plenty of rooms here, all with a sea or garden view. Although it’s best to book a Deluxe Double Room if you have an extra guest. If it’s a bit hot, there’s a huge outdoor pool to enjoy before heading back to your room. There’s also a convenient 24-hour room service if you need anything during the night.

Kokotel isn’t in the best location if your main hangout is Walking Street, but they allow extra guests. All their Superior Rooms have private balconies and are very clean. Outside, you’ll have access to the swimming pool and gym. Kokotel gets the most positive reviews about their breakfast so make sure you include that in your stay. Staff are also very polite and welcoming, especially when you bring extra guests.

It’s best feature is the private hot tub.
