Each ensuite cabin is fitted with a kitchenette, a full-sized fridge, dining area, ensuite shower, and a free parking space. Enjoy cooking your lunch inside the Ensuite cabin while leaving your dog playing on the spacious patio. Hop to public parklands, including a skate park, playground, and public pool. Dinners can be made by the free electric BBQs on-site. Eat outside at a sheltered eating area where you can spend some quality time with family and friends. Then, have fun with a life-sized chessboard, and let’s see who will win. If you didn’t bring enough clothes, you could wash them in the laundry area with large capacity dryers and ironing facilities.

2. Bushchooks Travellers Village

Located in the town of Bororen, Bushchooks Travellers Village is halfway between Brisbane and Mackay. This place offers guests a variety of accommodation choices that range from a Single room to a Family room. You’ll find a spacious bed in the Double room with a private shower, a flat-screen TV, and a small fridge to fill your favorite drinks. Grab your morning coffee with a tasty breakfast at a next-door cafe. Or have family breakfast at your dining area in a Family room or Family studio. If you are craving for BBQ, make your juicy steaks at the camp kitchen area with great facilities. For dinner, head to Bororen Hotel and grab refreshing cold drinks to cool the heat of Queensland. 3. Bargara Beach Caravan Park

Situated on the shores of Bargara Beach, Bargara Beach Caravan Park allows you to explore and discover the Coral Coast at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. This park is also very close to the town center and the world-famous Mon Repos, the Loggerhead Turtle nesting site. There are different cabin sizes, from open plan to two-bedroom types, that cater to everyone’s needs. 4. Tolga Caravan Park

Tolga Caravan Park is within 5 kilometers of the main town of Atherton. Reserve a cabin, caravan, or camping site if you have your own tents. We recommend the self-contained cabins that come with a kitchen, dining area, and fold-out couch. Pack light, as there’s a convenience shop on-site. The owners even bring coffee to you in the morning if you need a morning wakeup call! For extras, there’s a small bakery, shops, and Tolga Hotel for a pint of beer on Main Street. A lot of visitors do explore the nearby Curtain Fig Tree National Park but this area is not dog-friendly. So if you are bringing your dog, let them roam around on the campsite or playground with the kids, while you relax in the quaint surroundings.

5. Jolly Swagman Accommodation Park

Jolly Swagman Accommodation Park is tucked in the center of Toowoomba, surrounded by lush green landscapes. Book The Matilda villa for an extra bedroom with a dedicated kitchen and dining area. If it is too big for you, then go for a Tuckerbag bungalow and enjoy a comfy queen-sized bed with Netflix at night. No matter big or small, your pup will get a spacious outdoor area to play. But make sure you contact the park first if you would like to bring your pet. For sightseeing, there are countless places to see where you can bring your dog including Queens Park and Picnic Point. With modern laundry, your life will be easier after an active day out. If you’re too lazy to make your own BBQ on-site, then walk to the nearby restaurant for dinner. The Toowoomba Visitor Center is also just a 2-minute drive from the camping site.

Pelican Rest Tourist Park is one of the best tranquil spaces in St George, 513 km west of Brisbane. Get yourself comfortable in their luxury cabins, suitable for couples and families. Maryborough Caravan & Tourist Park is close to the center of Maryborough and just opposite a supermarket and service station. Enjoy your alone time in a Single room with the attached bathroom, a TV, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, and fridge. A bigger group could either stay in a Standard studio or Bungalow with a fabulous range of facilities. A game room is available to keep everyone entertained with table tennis, pool table, and more. Or have fun in nature with the use of canoes on the lake, bike riding on paths, or sports on nearby footy fields. For pets, just request a dog-friendly cabin upon booking and there’ll be plenty of space for everyone.

A family cabin also comes with the same facilities but includes an extra room. Kids will enjoy the water slide at the pool or have fun racing with go-karts.
