    Hustle and Bustle

Do you enjoy the hustle and bustle of city life? Well, this is the place for you. Reminded me a little bit like Times Square with all the bright lights and signboards. Really easy to get to with the MRT and Monorail that goes directly to that place. You could spend hours here with all the malls, bars, and restaurants.

    Fantastic attraction

Honestly, I was a bit scared of these rides. The day I went, Supersonic Odyssey was under maintenance, so that was a bit of a let down, but the other rides still got me nervous. I enjoyed the kids section more! Didn’t like paying extra for the 3d ride/game and the lockers.

    One stop shop

This mall is literally a one stop shop for everything and it is cheap! There are tattoo shops, hair dressers, nail salons, etc. The only issue with buying clothes here though is most places don’t let you try things on. So, make sure you know Asian sizes because it is very different from home.

    It's a beaut

This building really is a sight to see. My advice though is to either see it at night or in the evening combined with the water fountain show. To get to the skybridge is a bit pricey but if you are looking for a good view, it’s the place to be.

    Excellent

Aquaria KLCC is located within the Petronas Towers and is a major attraction for kids. It has a huge collection of marina animals and I felt that the walk through the underwater tunnel was simply amazing. The massive collection of sharks, stingrays and turtles manages to enthrall you but my favorite section was the sea horse display. I have been to the aquariums in Bangkok and Hong Kong and I felt that Aquaria KLCC was smaller compared to those but it still manages to draw large crowds even during weekdays. At RM 69, the tickets rates are a bit high but is well worth every penny if you are a big fan of aquariums.

    Fantastic attraction

Let me tell you, the pictures do not do this incredible, gorgeous piece of architecture enough justice. I went with my entire family for the evening prayer here, and my goodness it’s a beautiful sight. In the evening everything is lit up, and you can see the rest of the city behind the mosque. If you are around the KL area, you have to go see it!

    Fantastic attraction

Really enjoyed our visit to the caves. We hopped on a local train to get there which must have taken about half an hour to get to, if that.
Once there, Lord Murugan magnificently towers over and welcomes you as you climb the steps into the caves themselves.
Once in the caves, there are many beautiful Hindu shrines and many many monkeys which you have to watch out for as they will try and take your food if you have any.
There was quite a lot of rubbish lying around when we went as it was just after a Hindu festival had just taken place. Maybe a little more effort could have been taken to clean up the litter and preserve the site.

Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous

One of the many malls in the CBD of KL. It is connected to the towers though so that’s pretty cool. There is a really nice park in front with the water fountains. But, be prepared to drop some bucks if you want to go shopping.

    Fantastic attraction

This is one of the largest walk-in aviary in the world and it does live up to its reputation. If you are coming during summer then you may feel uncomfortable in the hot weather and the canopy trees do not help much. We came here during October and my daughter loved the bird park very much. The park is very well-maintained and the pathways are clean. All the birds look very healthy which is a clear sign that they are well taken care of.

    Fantastic attraction

Amazing place to shop. There are so many places to shop, high and lower class. I guarantee you won’t be able to leave empty handed. Also, lots of places to eat, you absolutely cannot go without getting something to eat from one of the many cafes. I suggest you go in the evening, the city is so beautiful at night. It’s really easy to access by public transportation too!

    Excellent

If you are looking for quality products at bargain prices then you should come down to Fahrenheit 88. In fact, this is one of the 2 best malls in Bukit Bintang area. Try to explore the market fully and may bump into a sale where you can pick up goods at rock-bottom prices. The mall is very close to the underground food emporium of Lot 10; so you can walk your way there in case you feel hungry. There are not many shops here but you get really good deals on almost everything.

    Excellent

I visited this mall in September and I can assure you that if you are looking for bargain shopping and local cuisine then Starhill Gallery is not for you. There are seven floors of shopping and each floor has a range of internationally known brand stores that sells jewelry, handbags, clothes et al. We came across the largest buffet restaurant in the city on the T3 Relish Floor and mind you, it really has an amazing range of dishes. Come down to the basement to enjoy live jazz music during evening.
