    Excellent

We found only 2 cool attractions for adults … we stood an hour and a half in line, but attractions we liked! The rest, such as Mowgli’s house on the tree, but our children liked it. On the main street there is a restaurant – but the prices are not cheap, probably, as everywhere in Hong Kong

    Fantastic attraction

I have visited HK Disneyland with family and friends 5 times since 2009, the most recent being in October 2017. Avoid going there during summer break because there will be a lot of students in the park. It is best visit HK Disneyland during weekdays and to come in early to avoid long lines. Also, if you plan on having lunch at the Royal Banquet Hall, I suggest going there before 12:00pm since the place can get crowded during lunch time. Getting there is very easy via the MTR. To avoid the long lines at the station, I suggest you use an Octopus Card.

Yaay! the happiest place on Earth! We went on a weekend but the queue is still long so you have to be patient! I suggest you get the fast pass so you can ride without having to queue for a long time. Make sure to really stay until the fireworks because it is really mesmerizing!
And ohh! Don’t bother bringing your selfiesticks because they don’t allow it to be used inside the theme park.

Indeed this a happy place on earth! This is a definite must go when in Hong Kong. The queues can get long during the weekends, so better try coming on a weekday. The park is big that it seems that one day is not enough to fully enjoy all the rides and take pictures of the different attractions. The parade and fireworks should not be missed!

The name Disneyland itself is enough for a visit. By what I have heard from the various Disneyland enthusiasts, Hong Kong Disneyland is almost as good as the original Disneyland. Check out for deals on their website which include tickets at a discount or a combo which includes a meal and ticket for an adult. I spent around HK$589 for the entry ticket and a meal. The park is hugely crowded, so, I suggest going to the park at around 10.30 AM and covering all the attractions, by which time you would be ready to cover the end of the day parade.

I’ve been here for a couple of times but I never regret coming back again and again to this happiest place on earth. I really love DISNEYLAND! The rides, the shows and the mascots, what a wonderful feeling to be young again. You will be able to see the Disney characters at 3 pm where they will show their dancing skills in the parade. And there is another parade at 7 pm before the spectacular firework display at 7:30 pm. Should I go to Hongkong in the near future, I will definitely visit this attraction again!

This was the first Disney that i had been to and was not expecting to have so much fun! The lines were terrible and locals dont really seem to respect the ‘tradition’ of queues so it can be frustrating. BUT other than that, it was so much fun and I recommend everyone visit while in Hong Kong. At the end of the day, there is a parade where you can joining the characters in dancing up the streets!!

The happy place! Disneyland can make anyone happy! Whether you’re 5 or 50 the vibe will get you smiling and make you happy. We found the queues a bit tough as almost each ride needed us to queue up for more than an hour which left us little time to explore the park in entirety.

The Parade and the Fireworks are magical and a must see.

Hey, you’re in Disneyland! One of the best amusement parks in the world. Although it’s not so big, it surely has all the charms of the famous Disneyland. Bring your kids and allow a whole day or two. I recommend this place because this is easily accessible, it has many exciting rides and great views. Don’t miss the fireworks, this is probably the best part of Disneyland.

    Needs improvement

Hong Kong Disneyland is magical for children. For parents it’s a different story. I found it crowded, expensive, hot, and tiring. I brought more money than I thought we would need so that we didn’t go over budget. I made sure the whole family drank enough water all day so we didn’t get sun stroke. My wife and I managed to stay calm the whole time by reminding each other it was only for one day. And my kids had a wonderful time! Plan ahead and it will go well.

How can you ever miss Disneyland? Although it’s smaller compared to other Disneylands, it is easily accessed by MTR from any part of Hong Kong. The firework show is absolutely unforgettable! Every time I visit there, I stay until after the firework show. However, due to its popularity, it is packed during weekends and public holidays. Better visit there on a weekday if possible.

    It was good

It’s definitely the happiest place on Earth – only if you’re willing to spend hours on queues especially during peak season. We went there during winter and most rides had an estimated queueing time of 2 hours on average. We ended up just exploring Tarzan’s house and walking around and seeing the sights for hours just waiting for the fireworks.

Being one of the two Disneylands in Asia, it offers a different selection of theme park compared to Ocean Park. You can easily spend a whole day at Disneyland, up until the fireworks at night. It’s such a delight, the rides are fun, and make sure to use the fast pass queue to avoid long waiting times.

    It was good

If you have already visited disneyland in other parts of the world, i dont recommend going again. The facilities there are the same, only found to be smaller than other Disneyland! But if you just want a taste of Disney, Hong Kong Disneyland could be for you! 1-2 days are sufficient to enjoy all the amusement stuff in there tho.

You can never go wrong with Disney! I’ve been to the ones in California and Florida, so it was great to add this one too the list. We really enjoyed being back in our childhood days and seeing all of the characters we once loved.

One of the Top places to visit when in Hong Kong is Disneyland. Been here three times but still a day is not enough. Seeing those Disney characters will definitely bring out the inner child in you. Overall an amazing place and a must visit especially for kids and the young at heart,

Definitely a must see for those who grew up with Disney. I’m a huge Disney fan so I really enjoyed my time at Hong Kong Disneyland. Here’s my DO NOT MISS list:
    1. Festival of the Lion King – actors are the best!
    2. Mickey and the Wondrous Book
    3. Fireworks – really magical <3

I have been to the HK Disneyland twice to complete all the items on my list. The line for popular items were quite long but I heard it’s getting better nowadays. I also had lunch buffet in Disneyland Hotel. If you are a big “Child” (18+) like me, you’d love it. Goofy and Minnie came to take pictures with me during lunch, lol.

Being a Disney fan I HAD to go here when I visited Hong Kong, and as luck would have it I got to experience it during Chinese New Year meaning I got a Mickey-themed chocolate coin as I entered. Though Hong Kong Disneyland is mostly the same as the other parks worldwide, there are a few rides missing – though there are more than enough live shows to make up for it. Make sure you stay until closing so you get to see the fireworks show!

Disneyland, situated in Lantau island, is easily accessible from HK island and Kowloon by MTR. There are different themed areas within the park which makes every adult feel like a child again. To cover all the rides and attractions leisurely, it takes 2 days. The highlight of a Disneyland visit is the parade and fireworks which happen in the evening. Do not miss the Jungle River Cruise in Adventureland, Disneyland Railroad from Main street station, Mickey’s Philhar magic in Fantasy land and Astro blasters in Tomorrow land.

The best place to relive childhood. So fantastic and overwhelming to be in a place where it feels to be young again. From the rides, the castles, the cartoon characters, the stores, the experiences and the best of them all, the parade of all the Disney Characters. Of course, aside from the meet and greet of our favorite Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Pooh, etc. We were able to ride that rollercoaster thing and I was enjoying though it seems I am about to throw up. It is also beautiful during at night. One whole day in Disneyland might not even enough. But, for us, we made that one day a total Disneyland experience. So worth it, fulfilling and memorable.

This is actually my main reason for visiting Hong Kong! As a child, I have watched every mickey and minnie mouse shows. Honestly, one day is not enough because if you come during peak season or weekends, then expect long queues for each rides / shows. Who wouldn’t love the fireworks at night? Everyone is feeling like a child really. Tip? Be at the gate minutes before the park opens, grab a map, and plan where you are going to.

Disneyland in all countries is amazing!! While the one in HK is not as big as other ones around the world, it was still pretty awesome. I loved watching the shows! The lines were long, but that’s to be expected! If you’re a Disney person, you definitely will want to visit for AT LEAST a day, if not more…! I loved it and would love to come back!!

HK Disneyland made all my childhood fantasies come true. Good thing we were there early because the queue was really long for the photo with Mickey and Minnie . The best part was Mickey’s PhilharMagic. If you are a Disney baby like me, make sure you go watch this show and sing along songs we grew up with.

This is one of the best places in HK. They have a special metro line to Disneyland where cabins are stylized to Disney manner. Inside, its almost the same as other Disneylands. Five stars!

I would recommend obtaining a two day ticket as the queues can be very long and you may end up missing out on parts of the park you wanted to visit. The fireworks are amazing so make sure to catch them.

Hong Kong Disneyland is a little bit small when comparing all other countries, but the shows are still amazing and worth to watch.

    Love the fireworks at night!
